Many of these classes are held during day throughout the week to cater to an older crowd, but adults of all ages are certainly welcome to join. Yang Tai Chi is the most well known and most popular style of Tai Chi in America. It is appropriate for adults all the way up into their 90s.

Qigong

These exercises date back thousands of years to ancient China, Qigong exercises are designed to help fine tune and bring the body back into balance. Qigong practices have been designed to increase longevity, mobility, and the immune system among many others, while decreasing stress, anxiety, and alleviating the symptoms of chronic illness. Qigong also pairs amazingly well with both Chen and Yang Tai Chi.
