Book Your Child’s First Kung Fu Class
Give your child an opportunity to experience Dragon Phoenix before deciding whether to enroll.
They will join a welcoming Level 1 class, meet the instructors, participate in beginner-friendly activities, and discover how kung fu can help them build confidence, focus, resilience, and self-discipline.

What Happens at the First Class?
A Warm Welcome
An instructor will greet your family, show you around the school, and explain how the class works.
Join the Group
Your child will participate in beginner-friendly warmups, movement exercises, games, and introductory kung fu training.
Patient Guidance
No one expects a new student to know what to do immediately. Our instructors demonstrate each activity and help students one step at a time.
Parents May Observe
You are welcome to stay and watch the full class.
A Conversation Afterwards
We will ask how your child enjoyed class and answer your questions. There is no high-pressure enrollment presentation.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early so your child can see the space, meet the instructor, and settle in before class begins.

Frequently asked questions
Is the first class really free?
Yes. The introductory class is free and does not require enrollment.
Does my child need experience?
No. Level 1 is designed for beginners.
What ages can attend?
The class is intended for children and teens ages 7–14.
Can siblings attend the same trial?
Yes, provided both children fall within the appropriate age range and spaces are available. Each child should be registered so the instructors have accurate information.
What if my child feels nervous?
That is normal. Arriving ten minutes early usually helps. Parents may stay and watch, and instructors will help your child enter the class gradually.
Do I need to purchase a uniform?
No. A uniform is not required for the free trial. The Dragon Phoenix uniform is included if your child later enrolls in the two-month beginner program.
What if we cannot attend after booking?
Reply to the confirmation message or contact Dragon Phoenix so the class can be rescheduled.
