When your submitted material meets the requirements for your current level, you may move forward and unlock the next stage of training in that art. This gives students a clear path while preserving the seriousness of the material. You are encouraged to move at a pace that supports real growth rather than rushing through videos.

As an Online Academy member, you may submit practice videos for review as often as you like. You can send a full form, a testing video, a short section of movement, a single posture, or a specific question about your training. Shifu Aaron reviews your videos and responds by written email with clear feedback on what to correct, what to keep developing, and how to continue progressing. Most feedback is sent within 1–2 weekdays, and all feedback is provided within one week. This gives online students a level of guidance that goes far beyond simply watching lessons.
