Yoga for Inner Peace - Victoria Rivera
Mondays - 12:00 - 1:00 and Wednesdays - 12:30 - 1:30
An All Levels class that includes yogic breathing techniques, yoga postures, hand mudras, and a closing meditation that will leave the body AND mind with a feeling of joy. Variations and props will accompany postures to truly make this class for every body.
Rise and Shine Yoga - April Stolarz
Tuesdays, Thursdays 7-8am
Embrace each day with loving awareness. Cultivate a sense of joy through a practice of meditation, pranayama, gentle and powerful movement, restorative poses, and more. This all levels class is designed to help you feel empowered in your body and find peace within.
Mindful Yoga - Carley Wilson
This is an all levels slow vinyasa flow class. We will be focusing on mindful movement and self exploration incorperating meditation and breathing practices. Come explore self exploration and mindful movement and see how it can change your life and your body!

Join Chelsea for this fun, new, all levels Acro class! AcroYoga is about creating a safe environment to “play” with each other through connection, laughter, patience, practice, support, and mindfulness. Chelsea will give you drills and exercises to help you get into fun and challenging partner poses and transitions, making sure that you’re tested wherever you’re at. Suitable for first-timers, advanced acrobats, and everything in between. Get ready to level-up your practice with Chelsea! NO EXPERIENCE OR PARTNER NECESSARY!
Flow and Yin Yoga - Sarah Marcus
Thursdays - 10:30 - 12:00
Flow and Yin combines elements of flow (Yang) style practice to invigorate, strengthen, and challenge the body. After awakening and stimulating the system, the Yin portion of class allows for long, slow movements and supported, relaxing holds in order to release deeply held tension and stress. This class is perfectly suited to those who want all yoga has to offer - improved strength and flexibility, as well as stress-relief and mental/emotional clarity. Come ready to reset, relax, and recharge!
