Yoga for Inner Peace - Victoria Rivera
Mondays - 12 - 1pm, Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30
An All Levels class that includes yogic breathing techniques, yoga postures, hand mudras, and a closing meditation that will leave the body AND mind with a feeling of joy. Variations and props will accompany postures to truly make this class for every body.
Mindful Yoga - Carley Wilson
This is an all levels slow vinyasa flow class. We will be focusing on mindful movement and self exploration incorporating meditation and breathing practices. Come explore self exploration and mindful movement and see how it can change your life and your body!
Rise and Shine Yoga - April Stolarz

Reset your day and start your weekend with a sense of empowerment and joy. This afternoon all levels class combines meditation, pranayama, gentle and powerful movement, restorative poses, and more.
